MARC ALLEN
Marc Allen is a former celebrity barber and multi award-winning scalp artist and founder of Creative Scalps.
His exclusive techniques have been developed over the last few years pushing the limits of SMP to a whole new level.
His hairlines are known around the world and attracts an international clientele with long waiting lists in multiple countries.
Marc is also an ambassador for BishopSMP part of Bishop Rotary, one of the greatest tattoo companies in the world. He plays a big part in the development of their products into the SMP industry.
HALUK AKTURKOGLU
The resident SMP artist DubaiHaluk brings over five years of experience in scalp micropigmentation, having successfully run his own clinic in the Netherlands. In the Netherlands, he was already recognised as a pioneer of the new generation of SMP artists. Now based in Dubai, he joins the Creative Scalps team with a strong passion for delivering top-quality SMP treatments.
Known for his honest, down-to-earth approach, Haluk combines exceptional skill, precision, and a genuine commitment to helping clients regain their confidence. In 2025, he was officially ranked among the top 10 SMP artists in Europe, a testament to his expertise and consistent results. Today, Haluk proudly welcomes clients from all over the world, further showcasing his international reputation and trusted craftsmanship.

PATRYK NEDZA
Patryk Nedza brings over six years of experience in the tattoo industry and more than 18 months of dedicated experience in scalp micropigmentation. Originally working in Scotland, he developed a strong foundation in precision work, artistic detail, and client-focused treatments — skills that translate perfectly into high-quality SMP procedures.
Now based in Dubai, Patryk joins the team at Creative Scalps Dubai, where he is excited to contribute to the clinic’s reputation for excellence. His background in tattoo artistry allows him to approach SMP with a highly trained eye for detail, ensuring natural-looking and consistent results for every client.
To further strengthen his expertise, Patryk recently completed an intensive advanced training program, reinforcing his commitment to continuous improvement and the highest professional standards. This additional training ensures he delivers the level of quality and consistency clients expect from Creative Scalps.

NICOLE CASSIDY
Marc says‘ Nicole is another amazing artist I highly recommend.
She has shadowed me since December 2020, wanting to absorb all the knowledge she can. Nicole comes from a traditional tattoo background of 20+ years and she also has six years medical tattooing experience where she creates realistic 3-D tattoos for breast cancer patients in her own private studio.
Nicole is very knowledgeable about all types of tattoo procedures. Most recently she learnt laser tattoo removal and provides this service at the Creative Scalps clinic.
